Shipping Information
Fulfillment Window:
Typically, most orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends). During periods of exceptionally high order volume, such as launch weekends or around holidays, this fulfillment window may be extended. Orders that require extra care, such as large bulk orders, orders with modifications (size, color, model, or quantity changes), and address changes may be delayed.
Domestic Orders:
We ship domestic orders via either USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority. We do not offer an express/expedite service, nor any date-guaranteed service. All delivery dates shown are estimations, and not guarantees. Most orders will deliver within 5 business days once they are in USPS possession (does not include fulfillment window).
If a package is marked as delivered, but you have not actually received it, please check with your delivery driver and neighbors in case the package was accidentally mis-delivered. USPS recommends waiting up to 5 business days for the package to turn up. If 5 days have passed and you still haven't received your package, please file a missing package claim with USPS.
If you have opted in to ShipInsure Package Protection, you can file a claim directly with them for a refund or replacement. For items that are marked as delivered but do not have ShipInsure Package Protection, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds and must direct you to filing a claim with USPS.
International Orders:
We ship international orders via FedEx International Connect Plus. We do not offer an express/expedite service, nor any date-guaranteed service. All delivery dates shown are estimations, and will vary due to a number of factors, including but not limited to carrier operational delays or customs clearance delays. Most orders will deliver within 1-2 weeks.
In some cases, final delivery will be made by a company other than FedEx (often local postal service). A package may show as "delivered" in this case, but allow up to 10 additional business days for final delivery to be made by the local postal service. This is unfortunately out of our control and up to the couriers.
International Duties/Customs Fees:
All orders placed outside the USA may be subject to duties and taxes that vary depending on the destination country. You may have an option to prepay the taxes or pay them once you receive your order. Duties are not included in the shipping cost. Failure to pay the customs fees/import duties will lead to a failed delivery and disposal of the sent goods. In this case, no refund will be offered.
Packages that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect address/recipient information will be assessed a reshipment fee for us to resend the package to a corrected address. Otherwise, a refund will be issued for the order excluding the original shipping fee paid. You can then place a new order to a corrected address.
International orders that fail delivery due to incorrect address information or failure to clear customs (not due to our error) cannot be refunded, due to significant costs incurred in the return of those failed/rejected deliveries.
